Hello
The year’s final stretch is here — a time to pause, reflect, and refocus. At SpurtX!, we’re using this season to celebrate growth in teams, in culture, and in the small everyday wins that keep workplaces alive

If you’ve ever managed recruitment, you know how unpredictable it can feel. One week, there are lots of applications, and the next could be silent. You shortlist great candidates only to lose them halfway through, and somewhere between curating job listings and final interviews, the whole process turns into a guessing game.
That’s exactly what Spot! was built to change.
Spot! helps you make sense of your hiring journey from the beginning to the end.
It also doesn’t just collect resumes; it tracks trends. With Spot! Analytics you can quickly see:
Top applications from countries
Average time to hire
Gender distributions of hiring
Offer acceptance rate
Over time, these insights help you refine your process while reducing your hiring stress and helping you build stronger teams.
Hiring isn’t luck, it’s data meeting intuition, and Spot! brings both together.

Behind every thriving company are people who show up, staying late to solve a problem, or finding creative ways to make things work. But too often, their efforts go unnoticed, and over time, that silence can quietly dim motivation in morale, teamwork and more dreadfully, results.
Spark! makes it easy for organisations to celebrate wins, big or small, for each of their employees. From simplified badges of award to gifted rewards Spark! helps teams build a culture of appreciation where everyone feels seen and valued. Recognition isn’t just about praise; it boosts confidence and encourages consistency while inspiring others to do better.
In workplaces where real growth is the goal, recognition is the gift that keeps on giving. With Spark! Awards, you can turn appreciation into a habit

Ever bought something online only to notice the price jumped overnight? That’s the exchange rate rollercoaster in action.
Kemi unpacks how currency fluctuations impact our everyday life, from imported goods and tuition fees to business costs, and why it’s more than just an economic headline.
She advises us to diversify, plan ahead, and support local production to ride the waves smarter.
